Return and Exchange Policy We can accept returns only on broken items within 5 days of their receipt or lost items.  All requests require prior approval and must have an RMA number "return authorization number".  Upon receipt of an approved return, we will exchange it for the same item. SR Innovative Products Inc. will cover returm handling and shipping charges.

Form of payments We accept many forms of payments where depending on your region(Country of Origin) certain options may have restrictions or not available at time of checkout. “ SR Innovative Products Inc.  “ is pleased to accept the following credit cards as forms of payment. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Our Card payments are safely handled by InternetSecure in US funds. We also offer that of PayPal for PayPal account users.  You do not need a PayPal account to purchase our products via PayPal's service either, you can use any of the below listed Cards with InternetSecure or Paypal

Shipping & Handling Policy
All purchases are shipped from SR Innovative Products Inc. Montreal once processed, to arrive within 10 - 15 business days from receipt of order. Large orders are subject to revision of shipping charges due to extra weight conditions. (International Port of Landing delays are exclusive of this and can cause extra delays depending of country and import requirements). Normal processing is 24 to 72hrs.
